Apilift Refund Policy
Effective date: 19 August 2026
This Refund Policy applies to payments for Apilift processed by Paddle. It is provided by Egor Sergeev, trading under the product name Apilift (Apilift, we, us or our), and supplements the Apilift Terms of Service and any mandatory rights shown at checkout.
1. 30-day full refund
You may request a full refund of any completed Paddle transaction within 30 calendar days after that transaction completes. This applies separately to an initial subscription purchase, a renewal, an immediate plan-change charge and a Cloud usage-overage charge.
The 30-day period applies to each transaction rather than to the date your account or subscription was first created. This policy does not limit any longer cancellation, withdrawal, conformity or refund right that mandatory law gives you.
2. How to request a refund
Email billing@apilift.dev from the address associated with your Apilift account. Include the Paddle transaction or invoice identifier and the transaction date. Do not send card details, passwords or authentication credentials.
We may ask for information reasonably needed to identify the Paddle transaction and verify that the request comes from the customer or an authorised representative. Paddle returns an approved refund through the payment method and process it supports for the original transaction.
3. Effect on access
A full refund immediately ends the associated Apilift subscription and paid workspace access returns to Free. A partial refund does not change subscription access unless we expressly state otherwise or mandatory law requires a different result.
Refunding a Cloud overage charge does not restore, erase or recalculate the usage already recorded for that billing window. A full refund of that transaction still ends the associated subscription under this policy.
4. Requests after 30 days
After 30 calendar days, we provide a refund only when required by applicable law or when we expressly agree to one. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal under the cancellation terms but does not by itself refund a completed transaction.
5. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us first so that we can investigate a billing error or refund request. Nothing in this policy prevents you from using a dispute right provided by applicable law, your payment provider or Paddle’s buyer terms.
